MEDIATION / ARBITRATION
Robert H. Johnson has nearly 35 years of civil litigation experience and has tried a wide variety of cases on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants in numerous state and federal courts throughout California and in other states. In addition to his civil trial practice, Mr. Johnson maintains a mediation and arbitration practice. He has served as a pro-tem settlement conference judge and judicial arbitrator for nearly 20 years in Sacramento and Placer counties, and has also served as a pro-tem trial judge.
